Our Design Workflow
Streamlined Solar 2D & 3D Design Process
Step 1
Scope of Work and Discussion:
System Capacity Assessment: Target system size evaluation (kW / MW requirements).
Mounting System Selection: Configuration preferences (Elevated, Fixed-Tilt, Flush-Mount, Carport, or Ground-Mounted structures).
Scope Definition: Required technical deliverables (3D Visualizations, 2D Architectural CAD layouts, Single Line Diagrams, or Shadow Analysis).
Commercial Alignment: Project timelines, deliverable schedules, and commercial terms.
Step 2
Site Data Collection:
Spatial Site Data: Rooftop boundaries, room heights, stair covers (mumties), parapet walls, water tanks, and surrounding shade obstructions.
Structural Material Specs: Steel profile selections (I-Beams, C-Channels, Hollow Square/Round sections, GI Racking).
Elevation Parameters: Target front/back heights, ground clearance, and tilt angles.
Geolocation Inputs: GPS coordinates for solar irradiance calculation and orientation accuracy.
Raw Field Sketches: Processing hand-drawn site surveys, drone data, or architectural drawings into CAD formats.
Step 3
Design Process & Discussion
- First architectural layout or rooftop area (for solar panel structure mounting) will be designed as per the given site measurements taken from client provided survey data or google map coordinates.
- Solar panel placement on the above architectural layout or rooftop to check the installation of desired no. of solar photovoltaic modules.
- Front and back height of structural calculation with respect to optimal tilt angle suggested by the client.
- Solar panel 3D structural visualization.
Step 4
Design Finalization & Delivery
Engineering Package Delivery: Comprehensive deliverable package supplied in high-resolution image formats (PNG/JPEG), print-ready PDFs, and CAD source files.
Collaborative Review: Continuous engineering communication and revision support throughout the drafting cycle to match client fabrication standards.
(All this process is done with complete coordination and communication with the client
